Aluminium

Aluminium is a lightweight material with durable nature. Four qualities of aluminium and its alloys make it a very versatile material for outdoor furniture:

1. Favorable strength and density ratio, optimal choice for the furniture frame.

2. Light weight, convenient to be moved around.

3. Rust-free and lasting for long time.

4. Very pliable.

Steel

Airee covers a collection of garden furniture made of steel frame, steel mesh and steel slat. All of them are processed by mill finish, electrophoresis (ETP) surface treatment and powder coating. Compared with aluminium, steel is not lightweight but with a better mechanical stiffness, and it has been a good solution to save cost.

All-weather synthetic wicker

The all-weather resin wicker used for Airee patio furniture products is a weave made from polyethylene fibre, aka poly-rattan, developed to last despite exposure to the elements. The durable popular PE is water, frost and UV resistant, so our patio furniture can be outside all year round. Our all-weather wicker is textured and multi-colored to closely match the natural look and feel of traditional wicker furniture.

Textilene

Airee is proud to offer a selection of garden furniture in tough, hard-wearing textilene. This versatile material not only looks great, but also is easy to clean and maintain, and withstands fading and rotting, making it the perfect choice for outdoor garden furniture. Textilene is an open weave outdoor upholstery fabric made of plastic that are made to withstand the rigors of outdoor life: mildew resistant, strong and durable. We have several optional weave styles for customers' choice like 1 x 1, 2 x 1, 2 x 2, 4 x 4, 6 x 6, 8 x 8, and many colors and decorative patterns as well.

The textilene cushions with fast dry foam are completely all-weather, and customers could leave them outside when not in use.

Cushions

The cushions of our wicker or textilene furniture are made from high density foam. Reticulated polyurethane foam or sponge makes the cushions firm for long lasting seating comfort. The cushion covers are made from durable fabrics like acrylic fiber (dralon), polyamide (nylon perlon), spun fabric. All synthetic fabrics are colorfast and water repellant coated.

All our cushion covers are easily removable and can be hand washed (up to 30°C). We recommend inserting the cushions again while the covers are still moist.

Greenhouse

The design tenet of our products: quality first, people-oriented, customer supremacy. That means we insist on the quality first, and then emphasize the prominent feature of humanized design. Our new greenhouse covers all the advantages of present products. We check the greenhouse from Germany, USA, UK and Japan for reference, and then creatively improve our greenhouse. The new greenhouse has 19 kinds of patent, including 1 patent of invention. See the product features as below.

1. Use high strength aluminum structure. All aluminum profiles are anodized and powder coated, and this ensures the working life of the structure would be more than 10 years.

2. 6mm PC board is used as the wall of the greenhouse. The light transmittance is about 97%, with anti-UV and anti-aging treatments to the board. 4mm is also optional.

3. Stainless steel fittings to ensure its strength and aesthetic appearance.

4. The louver and door have innovative design: scientific wind resistance and drainage system.

5. The new greenhouse is firm and nice looking. Its installation is more convenient and humanized. Customer can install it within one hour and enjoy the fun of DIY. Video guide is also available upon request.

Our factory has specialized in manufacturing garden gazebo and patio umbrella for 8 years. With strong research & development capability, our technicians know the trends and styles that will last you for a long time, and therefore our products have been designed for form and function.

Hundreds of moulds ensure a considerable flexibility in metal form or shape both in aluminium and steel.

Polyester fabrics PU or PVC coated is particular material suited to gazebo and umbrella covers (canopy): popular colors, UV-resistance, waterproof and no fabric fading.

Assembly

All furniture is partially assembled. Most of them are designed for easy assembly. Instructions are available and shipped with furniture.
