How long does it take to get a quotation?
Within 24 hours upon receipt of your inquiry. Airee shall make every effort to exercise due care and skill in the performance of its services.
Can I request sample before placing an order?

What is your lead time after placing the order?
Please contact us with your request, and normally it takes 30-45 days after confirmed order. However, the exact time would depend on your products, order quantities, and our production schedule. Thanks.
How do I get a product manual or software needed for my product?

What does the warranty cover?

What currency are prices quoted?
All prices are in US dollars.
What are your optional payment terms?

Available options for payment as follows:

Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): T/T 30% down payment in advance, T/T 70% balance against copy of B/L.

Letter of Credit (L/C): 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.

Once we have several times of transactions, other payment terms shall be subject to negociation.

What are your shipping terms?
FOB (FREE ON BOARD), CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight).
Do you do OEM?
Yes, sure. We are committed to professional development of outdoor products and insist high quality garden furniture. We can cooperate with OEM service.
Do you have MOQ or MOV policy?

Normally, the minimum order has to be container sales only. Airee prefers to mix furniture orders taking full advantage of the container space.

The minimum order value is subject to negociation, depending on setup cost and production run value.

How do you protect our information?

Airee is strictly committed not to disclose any of your personal or company information to any fourth party except for yourself, your partner and our internal divisions.

Your personal information is used for contact purposes only and will never be sold, or re-used for any purpose.

Your company information is kept top confidential within Airee internal divisions and will never be revealed to outside. Sometimes, when we need to show our new customers some designs, we always must get permission and authorization from the customer whom the original designs are submitted to or related to. And, your samples will be kept away from the new customers before your inspection or delivery. Even so, we always erase or hide all contact information, company names, logos or any identities related to the customer.
